Project Overview
Aurora Project Group is proud to have completed the Lobby, External Enternace upgrades and End of Trip Facilities refurbishment at 66 St Georges Terrace.
The transformation delivers a welcoming new lobby to the building, featuring a curved stone reception counter, timber-clad columns, curved fluted filmed glass and feature baton ceilings, alongside new bookable conference rooms and the building’s first hospitality offering, Cheols Café.
The works also included brand new refurbished male and female End of Trip facilities, and a refreshed external presence with a re-clad canopy, new signage, custom tiled planter boxes, porcelain paving and feature festoon lighting along the laneway to Australia Post.
Delivered in close collaboration with our project partners, the works were carefully staged to keep the lobby, lifts and End of Trip areas open and accessible to tenants and the public throughout construction — including temporary hoarding and the creation of a new second lobby entrance.
